I spotted this lovely book the other day about succeeding in gardening and other domestic chores tucked in the bottom of a book pile. It had some excellent A+ pictures in it.

I find myself lacking in photogenic family heirlooms or the desire to display them so publicly

A public journal is quite different from a private one. What are your objections?

You still have practice with prose. It should be more interesting and have more character. Though I suppose if the person is lacking that to start, it may be difficult to create it online.

I've been told posting pictures help with journals though.

And perhaps a more interesting icon. Maybe you can use some from Niou.
